Pizza Presto

English version below :)

Deig:
500 gr hveiti
2 tsk salt
10 g ferskt ger
325 ml volgt vatn

Blandið  hveiti og salti í skál. Leysið gerið upp í volgu vatni og bætið við hveitið. Hnoðið vel saman í vél eða höndum. Skiptið deiginu í 2 góðar kúlur og leggið rakan klút yfir og látið deigið hefast í 30 mín. Fletjið deigið á hveiti stráð borð eða bara beint á bökunarpappír.

Álegg:
Pepperoni
Skinka (skorinn í litla bita)
Ananas
Rauðlaukur (skorinn í þunnar sneiðar)
Sveppir (skornir í þunnar sneiðar)
Pizza sósa
Ostur (1 poki pizzu ostur)

Pizza Presto

This is a super good and easy pizza recipe that my family and me often make together. My 3 year old son always helps out and he loves to put the sauce on the dough with a pencil.

I usually buy the ready-made dough because I am a lousy baker. I usually buy dough that has not been flattened out because I like  have the dough very thin. I will includ a recipe of dough, as well.

Dough:
500 gr flour
2 tsp of salt
10 g fresh yeast
325 ml warm water

Mix flour and salt into a bowl. Put the yeast into warm water and add the flour. Knead well together in the machine or with hands. Divide the dough into 2 good balls, put a damp cloth over it and let the dough rise for 30 min. Sprinkle some flour on a table and flatten the dough directly on the table or on a baking sheet.

Toppings:
Pepperoni
Ham (cut into small pieces)
Pineapple
Red onion (cut into thin slices)
Mushrooms (cut into thin slices)
Pizza sauce
200 gr grounded Cheese (mix of mozzarella cheddar or Gouda)
Dried chili
Olive oil

Start preparing your dough if you want to do it yourself. When it is done, first put the sauce on dough. Next comes the cheese, put 2/3 of the cheese under the toppings to keep everything in place. Arrange toppings on the top of the cheese (meat and vegetables) and finally spread the rest of the cheese on top of pizza.

The trick to making a good home-made pizza is to bake it at high temperature (250 degrees on a oven rack cover with baking sheet). It should be in the bottom of the oven and just bake it for a short time,
8 to 12 minutes max. Oven must be well heated when the pizza goes into the oven but the dough has to be fairly thin. Remember not to put too much sauce and toppings on the pizza. Before you cut it pizza needs to
cool down a bit so it is good to wait for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Mix 1 teaspoon of chillipepper and 3 tablespoons of good oil and serve
with pizza

Have fun :)
